Village PumpEnvironment

The Environment Committee deals with the Allotments, footpaths, trees, litter, dog fouling, the Beck, the Conservation area and any other matters concerning the environment.

 


Welton SignHighways & Utilities

Chairman - Cllr Eddie Reall

The Highways & Utilities Committee deal with issues such as roads, verges, paths, grass cutting, street furniture, the Village Green and anything else traffic or utility related.  


Manor Park Sports Park

Playing Fields & Recreation

This Committee is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of Manor Park, the Ryland Road playing field and play areas

Planning Applications

Copies of all planning applications are available to view on the West Lindsey District Council website by following this link:
 www.west-lindsey.gov.uk/planning

Councillors and members of the public are entitled to submit any comments they may wish to make on these applications to West Lindsey District Council Planning Services. Letters notifying of applications received are displayed on the Parish Noticeboards, outside the office and at Ryland Bridge and when time permits they are printed in the Welton News.

Copies of applications are no longer available to view in the Parish Office.

Welton Diary of a Century charts, by year, some of the more notable events in the village from 1900 to 2000. Sympathetically collated from local sources, it records for posterity the events of everyday life which, for better or worse, have affected the village over 100 years. As well as text, this publication contains in excess of 130 photographs illustrating these events.
