The office is open to the public from 9am-1pm Monday-Friday. There are five members of staff - the Clerk and Responsible Financial Officer (Jane Mills), the Services Officer (Eileen Badcock), the Deputy Services Officer(Liz Steer) and the Maintenance Manager (Henry Parr) and Gale Wordsworth(Handy person) A full list of parish councillors can be found on the 'Parish Councillors' page.

At the May meeting of the Parish Council Cllr C Turner was elected Chairman and Councillor Jury elected Vice-Chairman
Following a number of complaints regarding dog fouling, we would like to advise you that if you are aware of persistent problems you are welcome to contact the office. It is helpful if you can tell us if there is a regular time at which the offence occurs and any details that you feel would be helpful for us to pass on to the Dog Warden to enable them to catch up with offenders.

The Parish Council holds awareness leaflets from Safer North Devon, your local Community Safety Partnership, please call in to the office if you would like a copy.
The Parish Council holds a very informative book on identity theft prevention and victim assistance, and members of the public are welcome to come into the office and make use of the information
The Council agreed at a recent meeting not to take forward a change of name at the present time
We are also looking into improvements at the BMX track in Griggs Field to incorporate a skateboard facility, we welcome comments on this.
We are pleased to announce that the two allotment sites at Muddlebridge and Babbages are now up and running. Please contact the Parish Office should you wish to go on the waiting list.
